At Pro Golf Shafts, every order is carefully prepared and quality checked before it leaves our workshop.

Many of our products are custom assembled to order, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of quality and workmanship throughout the build process.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days, although many orders are dispatched sooner.

Some products require professional assembly before dispatch. Where applicable, shafts are assembled using a premium long-cure epoxy and allowed to cure fully before final inspection. This helps ensure maximum bond strength, long-term durability and the highest quality build.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer, but we'll always work to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Does Express Delivery reduce the dispatch time?

No. Express Delivery only affects the courier service once your order has been dispatched. Our build and quality control process remains the same for every order.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International delivery options are available at checkout based on your delivery address.

Where applicable, all import duties, taxes and customs fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, so there are no unexpected charges on delivery.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. If your parcel is delayed or you need any assistance, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
