Many of our products require professional assembly or final preparation before dispatch. Where assembly is required, shafts are professionally built using premium components and allowed to cure correctly before undergoing a final inspection.

Taking the time to prepare every order properly helps ensure maximum bond strength, long-term durability and the highest standard of workmanship.


Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days, although many orders are dispatched sooner.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer, but we'll always work to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Which courier will deliver my order?

We use trusted tracked delivery services, including FedEx, Royal Mail, DHL and other carefully selected courier partners, depending on your delivery destination and the size of your order.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

International delivery options are available at checkout based on your delivery address.

Where applicable, all import duties, taxes and customs charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, so there are no unexpected charges on delivery.


My parcel appears to be delayed. What should I do?
