Where assembly is carried out by us, every shaft is built using premium components, professionally assembled and carefully inspected before dispatch.
For your peace of mind, all professionally assembled shafts are covered by our 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee, beginning on the delivery date shown by the courier's tracking information.
What Is Covered?
Our workmanship guarantee covers faults directly related to the assembly carried out by Pro Golf Shafts.
Examples include:
- Adapter assembly faults.
- Assembly defects resulting from our workmanship.
- Incorrect installation of components.
- Faults identified as part of our assembly process.
If we determine that an issue is the result of our workmanship, we will repair or replace the affected assembly at no cost to you.
What Is Not Covered?
Our workmanship guarantee does not cover:
- Accidental damage.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect.
- Cosmetic wear, bag chatter or normal signs of use.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or removal after delivery.
- Shafts, adapters or components that have been removed, tipped, modified, repaired or reinstalled by a third party.
- Damage resulting from using an unsuitable shaft specification, flex or build configuration.
- Damage caused by incorrect adjustment or over-tightening of adjustable hosel systems.
- Damage caused by incorrect tools, installation methods or failure to follow the equipment manufacturer's recommendations.
- Labour charges or fitting costs carried out by a third party.
- Damage to club heads or any other golf equipment.
- Ferrule appearance after installation.
Manufacturer Warranty
Many golf shafts are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
Where applicable, warranty claims relating to the shaft itself will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty procedures and approval process.

Making a Claim
If you believe your product has developed a fault within 30 days of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us assess your claim quickly, please provide:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs showing the fault.
In some cases, we may ask for the product to be returned for inspection before approving a repair or replacement.
Replacement Policy
If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace the affected product with the same model wherever possible.
If the original product is no longer available, we may supply a suitable alternative of equal specification and value.
Limitation of Liability
Golf shafts, adapters and other components supplied by Pro Golf Shafts are intended for installation into golf equipment using the correct procedures, appropriate tools and the manufacturer's recommended specifications.
Our 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product or assembly supplied by Pro Golf Shafts where a fault is determined to be the result of our workmanship.
Pro Golf Shafts accepts no responsibility for damage to golf club heads, shafts, grips or any other equipment arising from:
- Incorrect installation or removal after delivery.
- Work carried out by a third party.
- Misuse, abuse or accidental damage.
- The use of incorrect tools or installation methods.
- Incorrect tightening, torque settings or adjustment of adjustable hosel systems.
- Failure, wear or incompatibility of other equipment or components.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to:
- Damage to other golf equipment.
- Loss of use of the product.
- Competition fees or green fees.
- Third-party labour or fitting charges.
- Shipping costs incurred without our prior agreement.
- Any other related costs or expenses.
Nothing within this Workmanship Guarantee affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
