We’re a small independent family business, built around a genuine passion for golf and premium graphite shafts.
Greg Hughes
Company Director & Club Builder
I'm Greg Hughes, Company Director and Club Builder at Pro Golf Shafts.
I've worked in the golf industry for over 15 years and created Pro Golf Shafts to specialise in something I'm genuinely passionate about — premium graphite golf shafts.
Alongside my experience as a club builder, I'm a Graphite Design Certified Shaft Fitter, Fujikura Certified Dealer, and have completed Mitsubishi Chemical's shaft training certification. This specialist training, combined with years of hands-on experience, gives me a detailed understanding of the products we sell and build every day.
As well as running the company, I'm still very much hands-on with the day-to-day business. I personally build and prepare shafts, select the products we stock and work closely with some of the leading shaft manufacturers in the industry.
