EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
Exemptions — Custom & Modified Shafts
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been made to your specification or clearly personalised. This includes any shaft that has been cut, tipped, or otherwise prepared to your stated requirements. By placing an order for a custom-built shaft, you acknowledge and agree that the right of withdrawal does not apply to that item.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw from your contract, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You can do this by:
- Replying to your order confirmation email, or
- Contacting us at info@progolfshafts.co.uk with your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw, or
- Completing and submitting the withdrawal form below
Return of Goods
Following a valid withdrawal notice, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any supplementary delivery costs if you chose a non-standard delivery option), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return — whichever is earlier. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
If goods are returned in a condition beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to account for any diminished value.
