Returns Policy

14-Day Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with display stickers, and in its original box and packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important: Shafts cannot be used and then returned.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery of any damages.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Our used golf shafts and custom build shafts are complete one offs and are sold as 'final sales' and cannot be returned for refund or exchange.

You must ensure you are happy to make your purchase before completing the transaction.

Returns will not be accepted for second-hand goods or custom build golf shafts which are unwanted or when you have changed your mind.

Exceptions to this policy cover items damaged in transit or items received which are significantly different to the sales description.

Broken Shafts

All shafts are tested and inspected before dispatch.

We do not refund or replace shafts that have been broken by the customer.

Customer Purchase Error

If the customer purchases an item by mistake, the customer is expected to return the item using a tracked courier service at their expense.

  • Refunds do not include the postage refund
  • If you paid for upgraded postage, you will not be refunded this postage cost
  • If you selected free postage - £5 will be deducted from your refund

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Please note, if you have wrongly returned a used item we have the right to only send a partial refund or cancel the return. It is then your responsibility to arrange shipping for the item to be returned to you.

If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
