Returns Policy
At Pro Golf Shafts, we take pride in supplying premium golf shaft components. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order, as it outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Return Window
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:
- Unused and uninstalled.
- In their original packaging.
- In the same condition as received.
- Suitable for resale as new.
Please inspect your shaft carefully before installation. Once a shaft has been installed, cut, had the grip changed or removed, or otherwise modified, it is considered used and cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been fitted to a golf club, cut, modified, had the grip changed or removed, used, or show signs of installation, wear, or damage.
3. How to Return an Item
Before returning an item, please email info@progolfshafts.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless we have supplied the incorrect item.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please use the same box the shaft was received in.
4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your payment provider to process the refund.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or we've sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours at info@progolfshafts.co.uk, quoting your order number and including photographs where appropriate.
We may ask you to return the item for inspection before a decision is made. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are confirmed to be faulty:
- Products that have been fitted, installed, cut, had the grip changed or removed, or otherwise modified.
- Used products.
- Items not returned in their original packaging.
- Gift cards.
